The Chairperson (*)

acts. She or he appoints the Chief Executive Officer. |

• Authority in charge of analysing and making proposals for
all issues. Assists the Chairperson in carrying out his or her functions.
• Studies all issues for submission to the Steering Committee
and the General Assembly. |

members)
• Authority for discussion of CCI's projects. Ensures follow-up
and execution of decisions made by the General Assembly.
• Decides between two meetings of the General Assembly. |

The General Assembly
• Elects the Chairperson and determines the ACFCI’s
strategic orientations.
• Votes the budget.
• Adopts all the acts of the public establishment. |

Networks
gather, by community of activities or interest, of the elected representatives
and the collaborators of C (R) Ci. These networks can be structured
juridically and financially with a strong connection with the ACFCI
or abstract with support on working groups.

The Chief Executive Officer
Organises and manages all the ACFCI Services. Assists the elected
Members and implements ACFCI decisions. |

General Assembly Meeting that takes place once every five years
(following the setting up of the CCIs and CRCIs) and proceeds to
have the other members of the Board elected. |
